Here's a quick recap of the list of phones launched this week.

The month of December has started on a busy note with quite a few smartphone launches globally and in India. The phones include from brands like OnePlus, Realme and more. Besides flagships, we have also seen mid-range and budget offerings from Redmi. The most anticipated OnePlus 12 has finally launched and is one of the firsts with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and then there is the Realme GT 5 Pro. Here's a quick recap of the list of smartphones launched this week. 

Realme GT 5 Pro

• Price: RMB 3,399 (Rs 39,800 approx) for 12GB/ 256GB model,  CNY 3,999 (Rs 46,800 approx) for the 16GB + 512GB version and RMB 4,299 (Rs 50,400 approx) for the 16GB/1TB model, respectively.
• Display: 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits of peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
• Battery, charging: 5,400mAh battery with 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
• Software: Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0.
• Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with Adreno 750 GPU.
• RAM and storage: Up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
• Rear cameras: 50MP Sony LYT-T808 sensor with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX890 periscope telephoto sensor with OIS+EIS, and an 8MP OmniVision OV0810 ultra-wide angle lens.
• Front camera: 32MP front sensor for selfies.

Redmi 13C 4G and 5G

• Cameras: 50MP primary camera, a 2MP macro lens, and an Auxiliary lens. The 5G version has just 50MP dual cameras.
• Redmi 13C 4G processor: MediaTek Helio G85 SoC with Mali G52 GPU.
• Redmi 13C 5G chipset: MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC coupled with Mali-G57 MC2.
• RAM/Storage: Up to 8GB LPDDR4 RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 extendable storage.
• OS: Android 13-based MIUI 14 custom skin out of the box.
• Battery: 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
• Front cameras: 8MP shooter (4G model) and 5MP (5G version).
• Price: The Redmi 13C 5G 4GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 10,999, Rs 12,499 for the 6GB+128GB variant and Rs 14,999 for the 8GB+256GB version
• The Redmi 13C 4G is priced at Rs 8,999 for the 4GB + 128GB, Rs 9,999 for the 6GB + 128GB, and Rs 11,499 for the 8GB + 256GB model.

• Chipset: Octa-Core Unisoc T606 chipset.

• Cameras: 50MP primary camera and an auxiliary lens accompanied by an LED flash. There is a 5MP front camera.
• Battery, charging: 5,000mAh battery paired with 18W fast charging support. 
• Software: Android 13-based MIUI 14 out-of-the-box.
• Price: RMB 999 (Rs 11,700 approx) for the 4GB/128GB model.
