[Update] Realme 11 5G, Realme 11X 5G confirmed to launch in India soon

Realme recently started teasing a new launch in India, and it has now confirmed the smartphone. There are going to be two smartphones – the Realme 11 5G and Realme 11X 5G that are launching in India soon. Realme 11 5G has already been made official globally, while the 11X 5G will be making its debut. Let’s take a look at what we know about the upcoming Realme phones. 

Realme 11 5G, 11X 5G India launch confirmed

Realme has officially confirmed the launch of the 11 series in India. There’s a dedicated microsite where the company has shared the design and key specs of the phone. The details on the microsite confirms that the Realme 11 5G will come with the same set of specifications and design like the global variant.

As for the Realme 11X 5G, there isn’t much known about the phone other than the phone’s RAM and storage variants, and charging speed. It was recently tipped that the Realme 11X 5G will come with 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM with 128GB as the only storage option. The smartphone is also said to come with 33W fast charging support, which is lower than the 67W charging speed on the Realme 11 5G. This hints at the possibility of the Realme 11X 5G costing lesser than the 11. 

We also had access to an exclusive image of the phone that shows what it would look like. It features a flat display with curved edges like the newer iPhones. The smartphone also has a punch-hole camera at the centre, and an almost bezel-less display.

The Realme 11X 5G was spotted in a purple colour which is most likely the rumoured Purple Dawn colour variant for the phone. It’s said to come in a Midnight Black colour option as well. The smartphone also looks quite similar to the Realme 11 5G, and the two phones are expected to offer a similar set of specifications as well.
