Realme 12+ 5G camera, display, and processor officially revealed ahead of upcoming India launch

• Realme 12+ 5G will sport an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and a Rainwater Smart Touch which lets you use the screen even with water on it or when your fingers are moist. 

• It will be running on a 6nm Mediatek Dimensity 7050 5G processor. It boasts an ultra-low-power consumption mode.
• The phone is going to sport a Sony LYT600 sensor and come with features like OIS, cinematic portrait mode (with 2x in-sensor zoom) and 112-degree ultrawide clicks.

• Display: The screen could be 6.67 inches diagonally and offer FHD+ resolution.
• Rear cameras: It is likely to pack a triple rear camera setup on its back including a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro module.
• Front camera: The selfies and video calls would be handled by a 16MP sensor.
• Memory: The Realme phone could come in up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
• Battery: Inside, there could be space for a 5,000mAh cell supporting 67W wired charging speed.
• Software: On top of this setup, there could be Android 14-based Realme UI.
• Dimensions: It is rumoured to be 7.9mm thick and 190g heavy. The complete dimensions could be 163 x 75.5 x 7.9 mm.
