Realme today launched two new phones in India from its popular number series — Realme 12 5G and the Realme 12+ 5G. The new Realme phones come with 120Hz displays, triple rear cameras, and up to 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. These are more affordable versions of the Realme 12 Pro series but come in the same design language.

Realme 12+ 5G, Realme 12 5G price in India, availability

Realme 12+ 5G starts at Rs 20,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage as well, and this variant is priced at Rs 21,999.
Realme 12 also comes in two variants starting at Rs 16,999 for the 6GB +128GB variant, and Rs 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant.
The first sale for the Realme 12 and Realme 12+ is scheduled to take place on March 6th via realme.com, Flipkart and retail stores.
Realme 12+ 5G comes in two colour options of Pioneer Green and Navigator Beige. You can get the Realme 12 in Twilight Purple and Woodland Green colours.

Realme 12+ 5G specifications

Realme 12+ 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC paired with Mali-G68 GPU. It comes in two variants of 8GB + 128GB and 8GB+256GB along with 8GB of Dynamic RAM.

In the photography department, it features a 50MP SONY LYT-600 primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera and 2MP portrait camera. There’s a 16MP front camera for selfies. Realme 12+ 5G packs a 5000mAh battery and 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. On the software front, it runs realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. You also get two years of Android updates and three years of security updates.

Realme 12 5G specifications

Realme 12 has a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 950 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood of the phone runs the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with Mali G57 GPU. It comes in two variants of 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB.

There’s a dual camera setup with a 108MP primary camera and 2MP portrait camera. For selfies you get an 8MP front camera. Realme 12 comes with a 5000mAh battery and 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology. It runs realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, and the phone will get three years of software updates and two years of Android updates.

Realme 12 also features a ‘Dynamic Button’ located on the side panel of the smartphone. This button can be customised for different functions such as sound mode, DND mode, cycling mode, airplane mode, and camera shutter.
