Samsung Galaxy A25 is back in the news months after its renders popped up online. This time, it appears to have been benchmarked on Geekbench and the listing reveals its key specs. Unlike previous expectations, the Samsung phone seems to be running on Android 14. It would be interesting if it boots with the latest Android version at launch.

The listing also tells us about the Galaxy A25 processor, memory configuration details, etc. These details are corroborated by a known tipster Anthony on X. He adds the battery, charging, and a crucial camera spec.

Samsung Galaxy A25 Geekbench listing

On the Geekbench listing (via MSP), we see a Samsung handset with the model number SM-A256B, which is believed to be the Galaxy A25.

The benchmarked device is carrying an octa-core processor with 6 cores running at 2GHz and 2 cores at 2.4GHz. This is the structure of the Exynos 1280 SoC, a chip we have seen within many other Samsung phones like the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy M33 5G.

The performance is aided by 8GB of RAM. Galaxy A25 has scored 973 in the single-core test and 2106 points in the muli-cores test.

Display: It could have a 6.44-inch FHD+ screen with an Infinity-V notch. Tipster Anthony claims this will be an AMOLED panel.
Software: Unlock the device and you could be getting Android 14 inside. This will have OneUI 6 custom skin on top as per Anthony.
Processor: Samsung could power the Galaxy A25 with the Exynos 1280 5G chip.

Memory: It could have 8GB of RAM and perhaps other variants too.
Battery: This is said to bear a 5000mah cell with 25W charging support.
Camera: In the renders, the phone sports a triple camera setup on the back and one selfie snapper on the front. The tipster says the primary camera is a 50-megapixel one.
Miscellaneous: Other things in the mix could include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint reader embedded within the power button, and a USB-C port.
