Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro receive FCC certification, launch imminent

Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro TWS earbuds are reportedly in the works and are expected to launch later this year alongside the standard Buds 3. Now, 91mobiles has exclusively spotted the earbuds on the FCC certification with the model number SM-R630. The certification only reveals the earbuds will come with Bluetooth connectivity, which is expected anyway.

A recent report suggested the South Korean giant is working on firmware for the Buds 3 Pro and Buds 3, which will have the model number SM-R530. The earbuds have received the BIS certification, suggesting the India launch is on the cards. The TUV Rheinland listing has revealed the battery capacity of the charging case. We get a 500mAh battery unit. In comparison, the Buds 2 Pro also featured the same capacity.  

While the battery capacity of each earbud is not revealed, the Buds 2 Pro featured a 58mAh unit. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is listed with the model number EB-BR630ABY on the TUV and BIS certification websites.

There are speculations the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro might debut alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 around July or August 2024. While the hardware specifications of the earbuds are under wraps, we expect improvements in sound quality, noise cancellation, and improved battery life.
