Furthermore, the Geekbench listing reveals that the device will feature the brand’s in-house Exynos 1330 processor, which will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and, in all likelihood, 128GB internal memory. Lastly, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G will boot Android 13 OS out of the box. It remains to be seen whether the device will ship with OneUI 5.1 out of the box or not.
