Samsung Galaxy F55 5G spotted on Geekbench, leaked renders reveal design, colour options

Samsung Galaxy F55 5G is confirmed to launch in India and the price details of the phone leaked online recently. The handset is believed to be based on the Galaxy M55 5G with some minor tweaks. Now, while we wait for the announcement, the Galaxy F55 5G has appeared on the Geekbench benchmark platform with the model number SM-E556B. The listing also reveals some key hardware specifications.

The Geekbench listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, shows the phone has managed to score 843 points in the single-core round and 2,307 points in the multi-core segment.
The phone will come with Android 14 OS out of the box and 8GB RAM, but there could be other options at launch.

The motherboard section mentions ‘Taro’ which could be associated with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.
The chipset will have a peak clock speed of 2.40GHz.

There are rumours the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G will be based on the Galaxy M55, which debuted in India recently.

The Samsung Galaxy F55 leaked renders show the phone in orange and black colours. Both options have a leather back panel, which looks quite eye-catching, especially the orange model.

The volume rocker and power buttons are on the right edge.
The front of the phone has a tiny centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter. We see the speaker vent on the top-bezel.
The phone has a flat display, with narrow bezels.
Flipping the phone to the back, you see triple camera sensors arranged vertically without any borders. There is also an LED flash and Samsung logo.
