Samsung Galaxy F55 price in India, sale details

Samsung Galaxy F55 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 26,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
It comes in another variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and this one is priced at Rs 29,999.
The top-end model gets you 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. This variant costs Rs 32,999. Early sale for the Galaxy F55 starts tonight at 7pm via Flipkart.
The Galaxy F55 comes in two colour options: Black and Orange with a vegan leather back and saddle stitch pattern.

Samsung Galaxy F55: what’s new

Galaxy F55 succeeds last year’s Galaxy F54. The first and major change is the design with the Galaxy F55 now featuring a vegan leather back, also a first in the series. Samsung has shifted to Qualcomm for this phone with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. The 108MP primary camera has been replaced with a 50MP OIS sensor, while the ultra-wide and macro sensors remain the same. The selfie camera has been bumped to a 50MP sensor from a 32MP sensor.

Although the battery capacity has been reduced to 5000mAh from 6000mAh, Samsung has added faster 45W charging to the Galaxy F55.

Samsung Galaxy F55 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC paired with up 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It also packs a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

In the photography department, the Galaxy F55 houses a 50MP OIS primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, you get a 50MP front camera on the Galaxy F55. On the software front, the Galaxy F55 runs Android 14-based One UI 6.0. It also comes with a USB Type-C port, NFC, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and more.
