Samsung Galaxy M13 and Galaxy M13 5G‘s India launch date has been confirmed by the company officially. The new Galaxy M-series models will debut in the country on July 14th at 12 noon IST. The phones have been listed on Amazon and this confirms some of the key specifications, including a 6000mAh battery (5000mAh on the 5G version) and up to 12GB RAM option, but this could be including the virtual RAM. The 4G version will have an auto-data switching feature that will shift data from one network to another in case of no signal.
For those unaware, the Samsung Galaxy M13 4G version debuted back in May so we know their complete specifications. Meanhwile, the 5G version’s specs have been revealed through the FCC listing.

The 4G version appears to have triple cameras on the back along with an LED flash, while the 5G model has only two cameras on the back. The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge. On the front, both models have a waterdrop notch for the selfie shooter. We believe they will have a plastic build.

It is powered by the Exynos 850 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage that is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD slot. The phone runs on Android 12-based One UI Core 4.1 skin out of the box and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
Moving to the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy M13 has a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera, a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. There is an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calls.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G is said to come with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with the same waterdrop notch. It could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone is likely to boot Android 12 OS with OneUI 4.0 custom skin.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G will have dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor. It will have a 5000mAh battery with at least 15W fast charging.
