Samsung launched the Galaxy S26 FE globally, including in India, last month. However, the company did not reveal the phone’s India pricing at the time. 91mobiles has now received a retailer note revealing the official India prices of the Galaxy S26 FE. Samsung has yet to update its official website with the pricing, but we expect the details to be added soon.

The Galaxy S26 FE is part of Samsung’s flagship S-series lineup, offering a flagship-like experience with a more accessible price tag.

Samsung Galaxy S26 FE India price

The Galaxy S26 FE price in India starts at Rs 69,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes in another 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, which costs Rs 79,999. We don’t have the availability details yet, but it’s expected to go on sale soon.

The phone is available in Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio colour options.

Samsung Galaxy S26 FE specifications

The Galaxy S26 FE features a 6.7-inch FHD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. The large display size makes it apt for multimedia, especially for users who prefer watching videos on their phone. The phone also gets an aluminium frame, slim bezels, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Powering the Galaxy S26 FE is Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset, the same processor used in last year’s Galaxy Z Flip7. Built on a 3nm process, the deca-core chipset was introduced in 2025 and is designed to handle everyday tasks, on-device AI, multitasking, and more demanding workloads with ease. We should know better once we’ve reviewed the device.

For photography, you get a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical and up to 30x digital zoom. This is a versatile camera setup covering all the key areas one would need for smartphone photography. The S26 FE houses a 12MP front camera for selfies.

The Galaxy S26 FE packs a modest 4,900mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. In comparison, this battery capacity might feel underwhelming among rivals that now offer 7,000mAh and even more. However, we should wait and see how optimised the phone is in terms of battery performance. On the software front, the handset runs the latest One UI 9 based on Android 17 out of the box. Samsung is also offering seven Android OS upgrades along with security updates, one of the longest software support periods in the segment.

With a starting price of Rs 69,999, the Galaxy S26 FE is expected to face stiff competition from rivals in this segment, especially for performance and battery life. However, you’re still getting Samsung’s flagship-like experience, a vibrant AMOLED display, and the One UI software experience. These factors combined could make the Galaxy S26 FE an attractive buy for people who want a Samsung flagship but at a slightly more accessible price.
