IFA 2023 is a consumer electronics trade fair that is scheduled to begin in Berlin tomorrow until September 5th. The five-day event will feature various electronic brands unveiling new products. One of the attendees is going to be Tecno who will be showcasing its first-ever Mini PC, called the MegaMini.
Tecno MegaMini at IFA 2023
91mobiles has exclusively learned that Tecno will showcase a mini PC at IFA 2023. The smartphone brand says that this isn’t a traditional business mini PC but is more specifically designed for gaming. Mini PCs are usually designed for regular, day-to-day tasks so it’s interesting to see how much gaming you can actually get out of this one.
We also got our hands on the MegaMini’s image so we can show you what it looks like. The gaming aspect is very clear on the MegaMini with the RGB lighting effects that are spread all over the system. There’s a headphone jack right next to the power button, and four USB ports on the Tecno MegaMini.
In terms of specifications, the Tecno MegaMini is speculated to be powered by the 13th-generation Intel Core i9-13900H processor paired with Iris Xe Graphics. There’s a FAN+ water-cooling system for heat dissipation as well.
There’s no word yet on how much the Tecno MegaMini is going to cost, and whether it will launch in global markets, including India. Earlier this year, Tecno confirmed that they will enter the Indian laptop market with the MEGABOOK-S1 and MEGABOOK-T1 laptops. So we might just have the mini PC arrive here as well.
In other news, Tecno recently launched the POVA 5 series in India. The Tecno POVA 5 Pro is also a gaming-centric smartphone with LED lights at the back. The phone offers a decent set of specifications for its price, including a 120Hz display, a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, and a 50MP primary camera for Rs 14,999.
