The phone ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable via microSD card. It runs on Android 10-based Funtouch OS custom skin. The Vivo V20 SE measures 161.00mm x 74.08mm x7.83mm and weighs 171 grams.
