Vivo X100 series India launch timeline details

• Vivo X100 series will launch in India in early January, industry sources have told 91mobiles. So we should see the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro arrive hear sometime in January.
• This was expected since the Indian variants along with the global variants of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro were spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website.
• The Vivo X100 series will also come with this exclusive feature that can capture the radiance of the sun during sunset and rise. This feature likely uses an algorithm to capture the depth and colour accuracy of the sunrise and sunset, instead of AI.

Since the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro have already debuted, we know the full specs and features of both devices. In terms of pricing, the Vivo X100 has a starting price of CNY 3,999 (Rs 45,600 approx), while the Pro model starts at CNY 4,999 (Rs 57,100 approx).

Vivo X100 series specifications

• Display: Vivo X100 and X100 Pro both feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 2800x1260p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 2,160Hz PWM dimming, and 3,000 nits of peak brightness.
• Processor: Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor with a 3.25GHz peak clock speed.
• Vivo X100 cameras: Vivo X100 features a 50MP primary camera, a 64MP periscope telephoto with 3X optical zoom and a 50MP ultrawide camera. It has a 32MP front camera for selfies.
• Vivo X100 Pro cameras: Vivo X100 Pro sports a 50MP 1-inch main camera sensor, a 50MP 4.3X periscope telephoto and the same 50MP ultrawide camera. Both phones support up to 100X digital zoom but only the Pro model supports 8K video recording. This one too has a 32MP front camera.
• Battery, charging: Vivo X100 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support. The Pro model comes with a 5,400mAh battery, 100W wired fast charging, and 50W fast wireless charging.
• Software: In China, the devices feature OriginOS 4 skin on top of Android 14. Here, the Vivo X100 series will come with Funtouch OS.
