Vivo X60 series launched in India last month, comprising of the Vivo X60, X60 Pro, and X60 Pro+. Now, it looks like the brand seems to have started working on the Vivo X70 series already. According to a tipster on Weibo, the Vivo X70 series will come with a camera sensor that is bigger than 1/1.28-inch, a 4,500mAh battery, Zeiss optics, 66W fast-charging support, and Samsung E4 AMOLED display. The Vivo X70 Pro+, in particular, is said to come with the Snapdragon 888 chipset. The tipster claims the Vivo X70 series launch will happen in June this year.

Vivo X60 Pro+, X60 Pro, and X60 specifications

Vivo X60 Pro+ flaunts a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2,376 × 1,080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The phone runs on Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 out of the box and packs a 4,200mAh battery with 55W fast-charging support. The X60 Pro+ comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C port.

The Vivo X60 Pro+ has a quad-camera setup at the back that includes a 50MP Samsung GN1 Sensor with OIS and f/1.57 aperture, a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor with f/2.2 aperture and Gimbal Stabilization, a 32MP (f/2.08 aperture) portrait lens, and an 8MP (f/3.4 aperture) periscope sensor. There is a 32MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls.

Vivo X60 series

Vivo X60 and X60 Pro come with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole for the selfie camera, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Both the phones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. While the standard Vivo X60 has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, the Pro model has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. They run on Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 custom skin out of the box and have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

The Vivo X60 and X60 Pro feature a triple-camera setup at the back, with a 48MP (f/1.48) Sony IMX598 primary sensor with OIS, a 13MP (f/2.2 aperture) lens with, a 13MP (f/2.46 aperture). There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The standard Vivo X60 has a 4,300mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support, while the Vivo X60 Pro has a smaller 4,200mAh battery.
