Vivo Y50 and Y30 prices to be under Rs 20,000
Retail sources tell us that the Vivo Y50 price in India will be set at Rs 17,990 (MOP). This will be the price for the 8GB RAM model with 128GB internal storage. To recall, the Vivo Y50 was launched in Cambodia in April, priced at $249 (approx Rs 19,000). As for the Vivo Y30, the exact India price is unclear, but it should be around Rs 15,000. As per a poster, the Vivo Y50 will come with launch offers that include 5 percent cashback on using an HDFC Bank or ICICI credit card.

Vivo Y50 features a 6.53-inch FHD+ Ultra-O display, which means it comes with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 665 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The Vivo Y50 touts a quad camera setup that includes a 13MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. It houses a 5,000mAh battery and supports 18W fast-charging. The smartphone features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack and it should run on Android 10 out of the box.

Vivo Y30 is the more affordable of the two smartphones. The phone comes with a 6.47-inch HD+ Ultra-O display with a 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The Vivo Y30 also sports a quad camera setup that is similar to the Y50. You get a 13MP primary shooter, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. Up front, the phone gets an 8MP selfie camera. The Y30 houses a 5,000mAh battery and supports 5W reverse charging. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS.
