Xiaomi Pad 6 Max spotted on 3C certification site

To recall, the Chinese brand earlier launched the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4 in its home country. This was a larger display version of its Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro which originally came with an 11-inch display. The “Max” moniker for Xiaomi Pad 6 Max was confirmed through a listing on the Bluetooth SIG website, a couple of weeks back.

A new listing on China’s 3C certification has now revealed the fast charging speed of the upcoming tablet which comes with the “2307BRPDCC” model number. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max could come with the same 67W fast charging that we saw in the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro. This further indicates the possibility of the model borrowing rest of the specs from the Pro model.

Xiaomi currently sells its biggest tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4 around CNY 1,999. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max could cost considerably more and place itself above Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro in the country at around CNY 2,999 (Rs 34,300). It remains to be seen if the tablet will make its way to the global markets. The vanilla model in the series, Xiaomi Pad 6, did launch globally and in India last month while the Pro never made its way outside China.
