I purchased this tab a week ago and only after purchasing it did i start to read a lot of negative feedback about the same. This got me worried until I got the product and jusged it for myself.nnWell im keeping my finger's crossed as i havent had any problems so far. Touch Wood !nnBut here are a few Pros and Cons of the cheapest 10.1 incher.nnProsn1. It's cheap. For those of us who earn our own money and don't want to spend on a galaxy tab 2 or an ipad this is your only option if you really want a 10.1" tabn2. The processor is supposed to be good however it does lag from time to time but its still bearable. It hasnt hung until now.n3. Graphics : These are great. Images and Videos are a joy to view. Web browsing is also a treat.n4. Good Specs : Its got Ice cream sandich, 1 gb ram and 8 gb internal storage. However i would recommend you to by a micro sd just in case the shit crashes.nnConsnTouch Screen : Perhaps the worst in the tablet industry. But not as bad as i thought. its a bit insensitve at times but u will ge thte hang of it.Typing is a bit hard. But if ur using it for multimedia then you're safe. ty n buy an external keyboard if u plan to send a lot of emails.nNo Camera : Only a secndary camera for chatting and skype which i havent yet tried. You will eventially miss a camera esepecially when you take the tab outdoors.nNo GPS & Bluetooth : Another two reasons why this tab is useless outdoors. No GPS mean smaps are useless and no bluetooth means less sharing.nNo anti-glare : Take the tab in a brigth place and you'l know what im talking about. Also since its an LCD the picture is dull from the side.nnThe Battery Myth : I read a lot abot the battery prblems of this tab hwoever i suggest this routine which i use for all my electronic battery operated devices. nnCharge it for 6 hours before using it the first time and then discharge it completely. Do this for the first 3 times. Youre battery will surely last you for years.nnFinal VerdictnnIf you dont need a camera, bluetooth and GPS and you have a bit of patience with the touch screen then go for it.nnHowever if you have the budget then go for the Samsung galaxy tab2 or the galaxy note and also deposit a few dollars in my bank account so i can also do the same :)
I purchased recently fun book pro and within a week it started giving problem. Display has gone. I tried calling micromax customer care number 1860500.... you will have to try atleast 20-30 attempt to connect with customer care ppl. Also they dont have proper service center. Most furstrating things happen when I went to service center , they said your LCD is broken from inside and it is not covered under warranty and I will have to pay 3750 to get it replaced. Not sure when LCD got broken.. I dont see any damage from outside. fnally I felt like cheated and regretting about buying this. Also I noticed 3-4 customer having funbook pro with similar display problem. I will strongly suggest not to purchase this. Go for better brand. Touch screen is very poor , you will have to press hard and also app hangs several time. never purchase this please.
