Motorola Razr 50 Ultra BIS details
- 91mobiles spotted a Motorola phone on the BIS website with model number XT2453-1. The phone appears to have been certified this week. Since the model number is similar to the Razr 40 Ultra‘s XT2321-1 model number, we think this might be the awaited Razr 50 Ultra.
- BIS certifies a product’s quality, reliability, and safety for Indian consumers. And so, this indicates the phone’s approved for our market and its launch is likely around the corner.
- The Razr 40 Ultra also visited BIS with the XT2321-1 model number around the same time last year. So, Motorola could be sticking to a similar launch timeline.

The BIS listing doesn’t spill any other details about the device. However, we have been hearing rumours about the Motorola foldable since the beginning of this year. For instance, a report claimed the Razr 40 Ultra successor is codenamed Motorola Glory and shared its render.
The image suggests that the Razr 50 Ultra could sport a slender, flexible build with a classic grey colour. All of this resembles the existing Razr design language.
Internally, it could be equipped with improved battery and performance. It is expected to wield a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. That’s all for now. However, we could expect more details in the coming time.
