Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 ends with DOTA 2 and VALORANT finals in New Delhi

The Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 wrapped up in New Delhi this week, capping off two days of intense esports competition. Teams from 14 regions took part in the APAC Finale, battling it out in DOTA 2 and VALORANT in front of a live audience of around 4,000 fans.

In DOTA 2, Myth Avenue Gaming claimed the championship after a hard-fought final, while Rekonix finished as runners-up. Over in VALORANT, Fancy United Esports took the top spot, with Boom Esports coming in second. Both winning teams walked away with USD 65,000, while the runners-up earned USD 20,000 each. Altogether, the Predator League 2026 carried a USD 400,000 prize pool.

Individual performances also received recognition during the finale. Twilight was named the Intel MVP for VALORANT, and egxrdemxn earned the MVP title for DOTA 2. Each award came with a USD 10,000 prize. In addition, All-Star honours were announced across various roles in both games, celebrating players who maintained standout performances throughout the tournament.

The finale drew notable guests from both the tech industry and government. Andrew Hou, President of Pan-Asia Pacific Operations at Acer, and Harish Kohli, President and Managing Director of Acer India, attended the event, alongside Shri Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy, Minister for Transport, Youth Services and Sports, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Away from the competition, fans could explore Acer’s experience zones, which showcased the latest Predator gaming laptops and desktops, along with VR setups and interactive demo areas. Since its debut in 2018, the Predator League has evolved into a major esports tournament in the Asia Pacific region.
