The launch features three new QLED TVs under the JioTele OS range, available in 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch sizes, starting at Rs 16,999 and going all the way up to Rs 26,699. The TVs run on JioTele OS, offering features like AI-based content recommendations, over 300 free live TV channels, a dedicated sports page, and access to popular apps, including Netflix, JioCinema, Disney+ Hotstar, and YouTube.

Other highlights include a 4K QLED panel with HDR, 50W Dolby Audio stereo speakers, Dolby Digital Plus support, and a bezel-less design. The TVs are powered by an Amlogic processor with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage, along with Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity. Buyers also get a 3-month JioHotstar and 1-month JioGames subscription bundled with the TVs.

Blaupunkt SigmaQ series

Alongside the premium models, Blaupunkt has launched three new affordable TVs under its SigmaQ series in 24-inch, 32-inch, and 40-inch sizes. Prices start at Rs 6,199. These models feature Full HD panels (QLED on the larger sizes), 36W speakers, and a refreshed Linux-based OS with support for popular OTT apps like YouTube, Prime Video, Sony Liv, and Zee5.

The SigmaQ series is aimed at budget-conscious buyers looking for compact models for bedrooms or secondary setups.

Festive discounts and GST rate cuts

With the recent GST reduction on TVs above 32 inches (from 28% to 18%), Blaupunkt has also announced price cuts of up to Rs 14,000. For example, the 65-inch Blaupunkt Mini LED TV is now priced at Rs 58,999 (down from Rs 69,999), while the 75-inch model costs Rs 85,999 (down from Rs 99,999).
