IMDbBol, a 2011 Pakistani Urdu language social drama film written, directed, and produced by Shoaib Mansoor, translates to "speak or word(s)". The key parts in the movie are played by Humaima Malik, Atif Aslam, Mahira Khan, Iman Ali, Shafqat Cheema, Amr Kashmiri, Manzar Sehbai, and Zaib Rehman. Mahira Khan and vocalist Atif Aslam make their cinematic debuts through this film. These are well-known names in the industry and have done a fine job of portraying their characters. The main plot revolves around the father's desire to have a son and his rejection of his current intersex child. It is about a religious Muslim family suffering financial troubles brought on by having too many children and the changing times. The plot development is amazing and the film is also engaging. It is one of the all-time highest-grossing Pakistani films and was a critical and financial triumph. Definitely worth watching by all.

Continues the director's way of making the lead character a musician, which helps him justifiably put songs in the storyline.
