As an intro Before playing 'White Riot' as bouncers & the audience were fighting at the Glasgow Apollo Joe Strummer says "Simmer down ..Control your temper" . This is the first line from Bob Marley & the Wailers 1963 Jamaican hit single 'Simmer Down'

Nearly all of the 'live performances' seen in the film required some post gig overdubbing due to the producers inadequate recording equipment. Much of this was done at Wessex Studios during breaks in recording the 'London Calling' LP.

The band members did not attend the films 'premier' in Paris .Road managers/Drivers/assistants Johnny Green & Barry 'Baker'(both in the film)did attend causing some friction...

The famous ,home made Red Brigade / Red Army Faction T-Shirt worn by Joe Strummer at the Victoria Park ,Rock Against Racism performance has incorrect spelling( mixing Italian & English) 'Brigade Rosse' instead of the actual BRIGATE ROSSE .
