IFA 2026: Acer expands its gaming portfolio with new handhled, a 3D Aspire laptop and 1000Hz gaming monitor

Acer has announced a range of new gaming hardware at IFA 2026, spanning handheld gaming, high-performance laptops, compact AI PCs and gaming monitors. The lineup includes the new Predator Atlas 7 handheld, a glasses-free 3D laptop for creators and gamers, and several new monitors targeting everything from competitive esports to high-resolution gaming and creative work.

The company is also experimenting with newer form factors and technologies, including a compact desktop built around NVIDIA’s RTX Spark platform and monitors that can switch between high resolutions and extremely high refresh rates. Here’s everything gaming-related that Acer announced at IFA 2026.

Predator Atlas 7

Acer’s new Predator Atlas 7 is a Windows gaming handheld powered by up to an Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor and Intel Arc B390 graphics. It comes with a 7-inch FHD touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness and VRR support, along with an 80Wh battery. Acer has also included a dual-fan cooling system to help manage temperatures during longer gaming sessions.

The Atlas 7 gets Hall-effect triggers and optional TMR joysticks for more precise controls and improved resistance to stick drift. It also features two Thunderbolt 4 ports, UHS-II microSD support, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a fingerprint reader built into the power button. The handheld runs Windows 11 and includes PredatorSense for performance controls and monitoring, while an Xbox Game Pass subscription is bundled with the device.
