Apple Vision Pro will not have a dedicated Netflix app at launch: report

• This means that Apple Vision Pro customers will not be able to have a dedicated Netflix app. Instead, you will have to watch content from Netflix via a web browser.
• This will hamper the user experience and the content viewing feel will not be the same as it is via the native app.
• Though Netflix created an app for Meta Quest headsets, the app is pretty outdated.

"Our members will be able to enjoy Netflix on the web browser on the Vision Pro, similar to how our members can enjoy Netflix on Macs," Netflix spokesperson Kumiko Hidaka clarified in a statement to The Verge. However, Apple hasn't responded anything to Netflix's statement.

How this would affect the decision of anyone buying the Apple Vision Pro is something we need to wait and see. But for someone looking to stream content on the Vision Pro, this will come as a big letdown.

Apple Vision Pro price

The Apple Vision Pro is priced at $3,499 (around Rs 2,90,900). The VR headset will be sold in the US starting from February 2nd through Apple stores (both online and all offline outlets). You can pre-order it from January 19th at 6:30 PM IST.

Apple says the Vision Pro will be available in other countries later this year.
