Google Play's Best of 2023 in India is its yearly awards that the company says is to "recognise the best apps and games", and "the developers who bring them to life." Google also said that many of the titles from the list of winners come from Indian developers. It also highlighted the increasing use of AI by developers.
Other than the different categories, there's also the best app of the year, which was bagged by Level SuperMind. This app offers personalised AI-enabled paths with activities like meditation, exercises, journals, and sleep stories. The best game of the year this year on Google Play is Monopoly GO!
