However, that might change soon as 91mobiles has exclusively learned from industry sources that the brand is gearing up to launch an affordable phone sometime this month, June. Furthermore, it is learned that the phone will be the most affordable in the market with a glass back panel, a feature typically found on premium mid-range or flagship phones. 91mobiles has exclusively learned from sources the upcoming Lava budget phone will be priced under Rs 10,000 and the device will launch later this month. The USP of the phone will be the glass back panel, which should attract some attention. There are chances the phone could ship with a Unisoc chipset but the exact details are under wraps at the moment. Lava Agni 5G specifications
To recall the Lava Agni specifications, it is the company’s first 5G phone in India. The handset flaunts a large 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 2460 × 1080 pixels resolution, punch-hole cutout, and narrow bezels. It is powered by a 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The Lava Agni runs on Android 11 OS with a near-stock UI custom skin on top.
