iQOO has already started working on its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 13. Details about the new iQOO 13 series featuring a Pro model leaked last month. Now details about the iQOO 13’s battery and charging have surfaced online. It looks like the new iQOO flagship will offer a 1,000mAh battery upgrade over its predecessor, the iQOO 12.
iQOO 13 battery, charging details leaked
- According to Weibo leaker Smart Pikachu, the iQOO 13 will pack a 6,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging speed.
- In comparison to the iQOO 12, the brand has increased the battery capacity from 5,000mAh to 6,000mAh. The charging speed remains the same though, which is more than enough for any smartphone user.
- No other detail about the iQOO 13 was shared in this leak.
The same tipster along with another leaker Mobile China had revealed the first batch of details about the iQOO 12 recently. The iQOO 13 series is tipped to launch in two variants with a Pro version. The iQOO 13 will feature a 1.5K flat display, while the iQOO 13 Pro will house a 2K curved display. Based on this information, the iQOO 13 will feature the same display resolution but the Pro model would be an upgrade. iQOO will reportedly source displays from Samsung and BOE.
The iQOO 13 is also tipped to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which will most likely debut in October. So we might get the iQOO 13 by November this year. The iQOO 13 was also tipped to come with upgrades in the battery department which we know now.

It’s still too early to come to conclusions about the iQOO 13 series since the iQOO 13 is relatively fresh. But we’re expecting more information on the new iQOO phones soon. As for the iQOO 12, it launched with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 1.5K 144Hz display, up to 16GB RAM, and more. In India, the iQOO 12 starts at Rs 52,999 for the base model.
