The Neo 12 features flat edges and a centre-aligned punch-hole display, while its rectangular camera module gives it a distinct identity. As for the specifications, the smartphone packs a 2K AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 9,000mAh battery, 100W wired charging support, and more.

The iQOO Neo 12 comes in Contender, Frost Blade Blue and Shadow Black colour options and is already available for purchase in China. The OEM is yet to confirm the smartphone’s availability in other markets. While iQOO previously offered its Neo lineup in India, it hasn’t refreshed the series since 2025. The company skipped the iQOO Neo 11 in India, leaving the Neo 10 without a direct successor in the country. Hence, the chances of the iQOO Neo 12 launching in India appear slim at the moment.

As for the battery, it houses a massive 9,000mAh capacity with support for 100W wired charging. The phone runs Origin OS7 out of the box, and in optics, a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
