MediaTek MT9602 for smart TVs has been announced. Motorola has confirmed to launch India's first Android 10 smart TVs with the chipset on October 9th.

The MediaTek MT9602 is equipped with AI voice technology and up to four directional microphones, which will allow OEMs to integrate voice assistants for hands-free voice control and other home IoT integration. It has support for Dolby Atmos surround sound, Dolby Vision HDR, dual-band Wi-Fi, and an efficient Response Time Compensation Engine which helps reduce blurs. The MediaTek MT9602 is a quad-core chipset with Mali-G52 MC1 GPU, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 2GB memory.
