• Nothing Phone (2) launched in India last year as the brand’s flagship smartphone. It starts at Rs 44,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Flipkart has teased the phone to cost Rs 29,999 during its Big Saving Days sale.
• This price is inclusive of offers which will most likely include bank offers and an instant discount on the device. But even so, this sounds like a steal for the Nothing Phone (2) considering its current price. 
• The smartphone is currently available at a starting price of Rs 37,999 on Flipkart. 

Nothing Phone (2) is the second smartphone from the brand and it’s the most expensive yet. The handset continues with the unique Glyph Interface with more LED lights. In terms of specifications, here’s what you get with the Nothing Phone (2).

Nothing Phone (2) specifications 

Nothing Phone (2) features a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1600 nits of peak brightness, HDR10+, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor aided by up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage.

In the photography department, Nothing Phone (2) features a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS and EIS and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor at the back. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front camera.

The smartphone also packs a 4,700mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, and 15W wireless charging support. The phone can be used to charge accessories like Ear (2) as it doubles as a 5W wireless charger. On the software front, Phone (2) comes with Android 13-based Nothing OS 2.0 out-of-the-box. It is currently updated to Nothing OS 2.5.5. Users will also get three years of Android updates, and four years of security patches every two months. 

Should you buy?

Nothing Phone (2) turned out to be a decent smartphone overall in our review but one thing pulling it back was its price tag. In comparison to rivals, the device wasn’t offering as much as it should for its price. But with the discount on Flipkart, Nothing Phone (2) is quite the deal if you’re looking for a well-rounded smartphone. You also get the Glyph Interface, which will make your phone stand out.
