• Nothing Phone (2a) comes in three variants: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB. These are priced at Rs 23,999, Rs 25,999, and Rs 27,999, respectively.
• The smartphone will be available at Flipkart, Croma, Vijay Sales and other leading outlets in India. It comes in two colour options: Black and White. 
• HDFC Bank customers can get an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on the Nothing Phone (2a). There's also an additional exchange offer of Rs 2,000. These offers clubbed together bring the price of the phone down to Rs 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. 
• Nothing Phone (2a) buyers can also get the CMF Buds (Pro) at Rs 1,999 instead of Rs 2,499, and the CMF GaN Charger at Rs 1,999 instead of Rs 2,999. Also, those who order by 1 pm will get same-day delivery in 21 select cities.

Nothing Phone (2a) features a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection layered on top. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.

The smartphone has a 50MP primary camera with OIS + EIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera at the back and a 32MP front camera for selfies. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The phone is also claimed to reach 100 percent in 80 minutes.

On the software front, it runs Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14 out-of-the-box. It will also receive 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patches. Other features include an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, NFC for Google Pay, Wi-Fi 6, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and dual stereo speakers.

Should you buy Nothing Phone (2a)?

The Nothing Phone (2a) definitely stands out for its unique design, one that you won't find in this price range. In our review, we said that the phone offers an impressive AMOLED display, capable cameras, and an excellent battery life. There are some downsides like the 'unique' Glypth Interface being prone to smudges and scratches, and the phone throttling under intense load. But overall, it's a well-packaged smartphone for regular users. 

The Nothing Phone (2a) is off to a great start. While there are smartphones in the segment that offer unique aesthetics, none quite match the uniqueness of the handset's transparent back and Glyph Interface. This appealing aspect is nicely complemented by the smartphone's display, cameras, battery life, and performance, making it well-suited for regular users.
