OPPO Reno5 Pro+ 5G price, specifications, and availability details have been announced as the phone goes official in China. The handset is a beefed-up version of the OPPO Reno5 Pro that was launched earlier this month alongside the regular Reno5. OPPO Reno5 Por+ 5G specifications include Snapdragon 865 SoC instead of the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The phone also highlights Sony’s new 50MP IMX766 sensor. The design of the Reno5 Pro+ is similar to the Reno5 Pro, which means it gets a punch-hole screen and a gradient colour finish on the rear panel alongside a rectangular camera module.

OPPO Reno5 Pro+ 5G price in China is set at RMB 3,999 (approx Rs 45,000) for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB variant is priced at RMB 4,499 (approx Rs 50,600). The phone will go on sale in China from December 29th in Star River Dream and Floating Night Shadow. There is no word on OPPO Reno5 Pro+ 5G India launch yet, but the company is prepping to launch the Reno5 Pro 5G in the country soon.

OPPO Reno5 Pro+ 5G comes with 5G-capable dual SIM support and runs ColorOS 11 atop Android 11 out of the box. The handset sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ punch-hole AMOLED display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone rocks the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM. The Reno5 Pro+ 5G employs up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. The OPPO smartphone is driven by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging solution.

Other Reno5 Pro+ 5G specifications include a quad rear camera system that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide lens, a 13MP telephoto camera, and a 2MP macro lens. The smartphone gets a 32MP front-facing camera and features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C port.
