OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G has hit the Spain shores this week as a successor to OPPO Reno 7 Lite. The phone is available in a sole 8GB RAM and 128GB storage unit. The Reno 8 Lite 5G is the fourth edition of the OPPO’s Reno 8-series, including a vanilla Reno 8, a Reno 8 Pro, and a Reno 8 Pro+. The handset shared similar design and specifications to the OPPO Reno 7 Lite, a rebranded version of the OPPO Reno 7Z 5G. The OPPO F21 Pro debuted in India in April and comes with the same configuration. It’s unclear why the brand has launched the same phone four times with different names.

OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G retails at EUR 429 (Approx. Rs 35,500) in Spain for the sole 8GB RAM and 128GB unit. The phone comes in two colour options: Balck and Rainbow. Interested buyers can purchase the OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G from the company’s official website. There is no word about the OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G’s Indian debut.

OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G comes with a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ display whose AMOLED panel supports 2400x 1080 pixels resolution and 60hz refresh rate. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor powers the package, and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W charging keeps the lights on. An 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card, runs the show. The RAM can be expanded up to 5GB via the RAM expansion feature.

Moving to the optics, OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G flaunts a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP monochrome lens. A 16MP shooter at the front takes care of selfie and video calling needs.

Connectivity features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port for charging, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and IPX4 splash and dust resistance. OPPO Reno 8 Lite 5G boots Android 12-based Color OS 12 skin out of the box.
