Sony PS5 is available at Rs 49,999 for the standard edition and Rs 39,999 for the Digital model on Amazon. This is a good Rs 5,000 discount over its actual selling price. To recall, back in November 2022, Sony hiked the prices of the PS5 gaming consoles by Rs 5000 and now users are getting the same amount as a discount. Additionally, there's a 10 percent instant off using ICICI or Kotak bank cards.

There is no-cost EMI for up to 12 months as well and Prime members get an extra Rs 250 cashback. The Amazon sale will go live for everyone from 12 PM today.

The offer just doesn't end there, Amazon is offering up to Rs 5,000 discount on select smart TVs for customers buying the PS5 gaming console. Here's how the offer works

1. First, customers need to purchase their desired PlayStation 5 Console and wait for the delivery to arrive.
2. Once delivered, they can choose a TV from the selected range, which includes models from Sony and Samsung.
3. A discount of up to Rs 5,000 can be claimed during the TV purchase.

Sony PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4 and comes in two versions: Blu-Ray model and Discless digital-only edition. The gaming console packs 16GB GDDR6 RAM with a memory bandwidth of 449GB/s and it has 825GB of internal storage for games. The Blu-Ray comes with a 4K UHD drive, USB HDD, 2.1 HDMI port and NVMe SSD slot for expansion of up to 1TB. The Sony PlayStation 5 is powered by an octa-core CPU with Zen 2 cores at 3.5GHz. Sony says the gaming console can operate at 10.28 TFOPs and 36 CUs at 2.33GHz.
