Realme C55 price in India, storage, colours (expected)

The Realme C55 is tipped to price around Rs 15,000 in India. The effective pricing, however, will likely be lower, as the brand might provide the potential buyers with some early bird offers, including cashback, partner bank discounts, and schemes like no-cost EMI. The device, for reference, costs Rp 2,499,000 (around Rs 13,300) in Indonesia for the base variant, which has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Its higher-tier variant, which has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs Rp 2,999,000 (around Rs 16,000) in the country.

As for India, the Realme C55 is likely to be offered in a 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option as well, which means that the pricing of the base variant could go as low as around Rs 12,000. Coming to the colour options, the device will reportedly be made available in Rainforest, Rainy Night, and Sunshower colour schemes.

Realme C55 specifications

If the Indian variant of the Realme C55 is indeed the same as the one launched in Indonesia (save for the new 4GB model, that is), we can expect the device to feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor, which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. In terms of software, the device is expected to boot the latest Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin out of the box. The Realme C55 will be the brand’s first to feature a Dynamic Island-ish notification style, which is so far limited to showing a charging animation, apparently.

Coming to the cameras of the device, the Realme C55 will feature a 64MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera. At the front, the device will make room for an 8MP selfie camera. Lastly, the Realme C55 will house a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
