Realme GT 2 Pro launched in India last week as a premium flagship offering that ships with a 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset, Android 12 OS and 50MP triple cameras. The handset will be on sale for the first time in India today at 12 PM IST. The GT 2 Pro will take on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Motorola Edge 30 Pro, OnePlus 10 Pro and others in the segment. It is the only phone under Rs 50,000 to ship with a 2K panel.

Realme GT 2 Pro price in India is Rs 49,999 for the 8GB+128GB model and Rs 57,999 for the 12GB+256GB version. The device will be on sale via Flipkart and Realme websites today at 12 PM IST. It will come in Green and White colour options.

The company is offering a Rs 5,000 instant discount through HDFC (debit and credit) and SBI credit cards. This brings down the price to Rs 44,999 and Rs Rs 52,999, respectively.

The Realme GT 2 Pro features a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 525 PPI, 10-bit colour, 100 percent P3 colour gamut, 1000Hz Turbocharged touch sampling rate, HDR10+, 1,400nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus support and MEMC. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 1 chipset paired with Adreno GPU for graphics. The phone packs up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The Realme GT 2 Pro is equipped with a stainless steel vapour chamber to dissipate heat during gaming sessions, GT 3.0 mode for seamless performance, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. It measures 163.2×74.7×8.18mm and weighs 189 grams.

The phone boots Android 12 based on Realme UI 3.0 custom skin out of the box. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC and a USB Type-C port.
