Realme GT Neo 5 specifications include a 144Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and up to 240W fast charging support, among other things.
According to noted tipster Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 6.7-inch 2,772x1,240p 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Realme GT Neo 5 is said to come equipped with an octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 storage.
In terms of software, the Realme GT Neo 5 is likely to run on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 skin out of the box. Coming to the cameras of the device, the tipster claims that the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera, which could likely be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 2MP macro camera.
Moving on to the battery of the device, the Realme GT Neo 5 is tipped to launch in two battery and fast-charging variants. While the 5,000mAh battery variant will reportedly feature 150W fast charging support, there will be another 4,600mAh battery variant of the Realme GT Neo 5, which is said to support a whopping 240W fast charging. The device is tipped to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and a plastic frame. Lastly, the tipster claims that the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature RBG lights, something Realme has so far not been able to pull off with its devices.
