After a teaser on Amazon.in and Realme’s own website, the Narzo N53 is now officially set for an India launch on May 18th. Media invites have been sent out, including one to 91mobiles, which confirm the date for the launch of Realme’s slimmest smartphone yet, in India. Further, the company has confirmed that this will be a digital-only launch event.

Interestingly, the Narzo N53 is the second smartphone in the Realme Narzo N series of smartphones, which debuted last month with the Narzo N55.

Realme Narzo N53: what to expect

Through media invites sent out, Realme has confirmed the launch of the Narzo 53. A report from April had hinted at the upcoming launch of the smartphone. According to that report, the Narzo 53 will be priced at around Rs 13,000 in India, making it a budget smartphone that takes on the likes of the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G and the Redmi Note 10S, both of whom are priced in the highly-competitive sub-Rs 15,000 segment.

Other than that, we can expect two RAM and storage options of 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB, for different use cases and budgets. The report mentioned that the upcoming Narzo N53 will likely arrive in two colour options – Feather Black and Feather Gold.

In the teaser by Realme, the company confirmed that the Narzo N53 will come with up to 16GB of Dynamic RAM and 33W SuperVOOC fast charging, which puts it on par with other smartphones in its price segment.

There isn’t any confirmed information on the Realme N53 other than the fact that it will feature 16GB of Dynamic RAM and 33W fast charging.
The smartphone is reported to come with two storage options – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB.
In terms of software, the Realme Narzo N53 is expected to come with Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 custom skin out of the box, similar to what was seen on the Narzo N55.
