The handset gets similar specifications as the Redmi 9 but with more RAM and storage. It touts the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, a 6.53-inch display, 13MP dual rear cameras, Android 11 OS out of the box, and a 5000mAh battery.

The phone comes in two models: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. It runs on Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, IR blaster, 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port.
