Redmi K70 series key specs leak via live images ahead of November 29th launch

• Design: The rear design includes a glass camera island with three lenses in metal rings and a cutout for the LED flash. On the right edge, the upcoming Redmi phones will feature power and volume keys. 
• Display: As seen in the live images on Weibo (via), the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro phones will have 6.67-inch AMOLED screens with punch-hole cutouts and glass backs.
• Cameras: Both Redmi K70 models feature a 50MP main camera with OIS, while the Pro model has a 2x portrait cam and an ultrawide lens. The live images reveal that the upcoming vanilla Redmi K70 will feature a 2MP AI cam.

• Chipset: The Redmi K70 uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, while the Redmi K70 Pro is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Meanwhile, the Redmi K70e will likely debut the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset.
• Storage: Both the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro will be equipped with 12GB RAM. They will be accompanied by 4GB virtual RAM.
• Software: The settings menu confirms the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro will run on Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.1 based on Android 14.

It is worth noting that several recent leaks and speculations of the upcoming Redmi phones have appeared online and some of them corroborate with the currently received information. Also, the company has not officially confirmed this, but there are rumours suggesting that the Redmi K70 could potentially be released in India with the name POCO F6.

On the other hand, a recent report stated that the Redmi K70 will be offered in three storage options - 16+256GB, 16+512GB, and 16+1TB. The first two models come in black, silver, blue, and purple, while the highest-tier model is available in black, silver, and purple.

As for the Redmi K70 Pro, it might also come in three variants - 16+256GB, 16+512GB, and 24+1TB. All three versions of the Redmi K70 Pro would likely be sold in shades of black, silver, and blue colours.

The official design of the Redmi K70 series has been revealed, and the phones are scheduled to be unveiled on November 29th at 19:00 PM CST (or 4:30 PM IST). It's important to mention that the company may disclose the Indian launch date in the upcoming days.
