Samsung Galaxy A23 5G was unveiled earlier this month as the latest mid-range 5G phone. However, the company only revealed the phone’s specifications while keeping the price under wraps. That changes now as the South Korean giant has finally revealed the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G launch date and price in Taiwan. The brand will also unveil the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G alongside. Both these phones will be mid-range 5G offerings from the brand. The company hasn’t said anything about their India launch yet.

Samsung Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23 price, sale date

Samsung Galaxy A13 price in Taiwan is NTD 6,990 (approx Rs 18,500) for the base 4GB + 64GB option and NTD 7,990 (roughly Rs 21,200) 4GB + 128GB model. It will be on sale from September 1st and comes in Black, Blue and White colours.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G costs NTD 8990 (roughly Rs 23,800) for the 4GB + 64GB model and NTD 9990 (roughly Rs 26,500) for the 6GB + 128GB model. It will be on sale from September 16th and Black, Peach and Blue colours.

The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G sports a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The phone runs on Android 12-based OneUI custom skin out of the box.

Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. The phone measures 164.5 x 76.5 x 8.8 mm and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and AI face unlock.

Moving to optics, the Samsung Galaxy A13 has triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP main camera and two 2MP sensors for depth and macro. There is a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The Galaxy A23 5G has a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC with Adreno GPU for graphics. The phone runs on Android 12-based OneUI 4.1 out of the box and measures 165.4 x 76.9 x 8.4 mm.

Moving to optics, the Samsung Galaxy A23 has quad-cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens and dual 2MP sensors for deapth and macro. It has an 8MP snapper for selfies and video chats.
