Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra specifications will include the Exynos 990 SoC for 4G markets such as India, whereas 5G markets such as the US and China will likely get the Snapdragon 865 (or maybe even 865+) chipset. The smartphone will sport a large 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 19.3:9 aspect ratio, and Gorilla Glass 7. It will reportedly come with up to 12GB RAM as well as 256GB and 512GB storage options. On the back of the smartphone is said to be a 108MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP periscope zoom lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle unit, and a laser autofocus module.
