Key takeaways

The Samsung Galaxy S24, as said, is an incremental update over the Galaxy S23. While last year’s model came with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, this year, we get the Exynos 2400 SoC in India. This should come as a disappointment to those who were expecting the Snapdragon chip.

The performance of the phone is something that we need to see in our full review but we’re hoping it would be flagship-level. The Xclipse 940 GPU is designed in partnership with AMD. It is based on the powerful AMD RDNA 3 architecture and offers hardware ray tracing technology that simulates real-world light movement for immersive visuals. We are hoping the gaming experience will be top-notch

On the other hand, the A16 Bionic SoC on the iPhone 16 offers an incredible experience. We never faced any lag or stutters during our daily usage. The phone was able to handle everything you threw at it with ease. The gaming experience is also top-notch.

Samsung Galaxy S24 and iPhone 15 run on the latest OS out of the box. We get Android 14 on the former and iOS 17 on the latter.

iPhone 15 introduced a 48MP camera and the results are very appealing even during low-light conditions. The video recording is class apart. The 12MP selfie camera produces sharp images in well-lit conditions. The cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S24 need testing to find out more about the results.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 and iPhone 15 have equally good and impressive displays, going by the hardware details. Since both phones are flagships, there will be no compromises and you will be satisfied with whatever you pick.
