There’s so much that’s been happening in the tech world. A new phone is launching every other day, and news about upcoming devices like the iPhone 15 series and OnePlus Open are getting leaked as well. WhatsApp has now come closer to the likes of Google Meet and Zoom with its latest feature. Reliance also announced for its biggest event of the year, the AGM. iPhone 15 sale date (Expected)
Last week, it was reported that the iPhone 15 launch event will take place on September 13th. This is highly expected to be accurate following a report by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman who says the iPhone 15 series will go on sale on September 22nd, a week after its launch. The iPhone 15 launch date is now expected to fall on September 12th or 13th.
WhatsApp screen sharing
WhatsApp has added a new feature that lets you share your screen during video calls. This is similar to sharing your screen on Google Meet or Zoom. On WhatsApp you can choose to your entire screen or a specific app. With this feature, WhatsApp has also rolled out landscape mode for video calls. So now you can get a wider view of video calls on WhatsApp in landscape mode.
OnePlus Open India price tipped
OnePlus is slated to launch its first foldable phone ‘Open’ soon. The launch date isn’t official yet but rumours suggest it could take place this month or by September. The foldable phone is expected to arrive in India as well, and here it’s tipped to cost between Rs 1,10,000 and Rs 1,20,000. This would place the OnePlus Open below Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 in terms of pricing since the latter starts at Rs 1,54,999.
Samsung Galaxy F34 5G launched in India
Samsung Galaxy F34 5G starts at Rs 18,999 in India for the base model. The smartphone features a 6.46-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s powered by the Exynos 1280 paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Galaxy F34 5G sports a 50MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP sensor. The smartphone also packs a 6,000mAh battery.
Reliance AGM 2023 date announced
The Reliance Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 is scheduled to take place on August 23rd. Here, Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani is expected to announce the listing date of Jio Financial Services, new Jio 5G plans and possibly the Jio 5G smartphone as well. Jio Air Fiber’s India price and availability is also expected to be announced at this year’s AGM. The device was unveiled at the AGM last year.
