Vivo T2x has been launched in China officially as the first T2-series phone. This comes ahead of the Vivo T2 announcement that is set for June 6th in the country. The series will succeed the T1 series. The handset has a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a rectangular camera module to house dual-sensors and an LED flash; there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and a unique gradient design for aesthetics.

Vivo T2x price

The Vivo T2x is priced at RMB 1699 (around Rs 19,900) for the 8GB + 128GB variant and RMB 1899 (approx Rs 22,200) for the 8GB + 256GB version. The phone will start shipping from June 12th.

Vivo T2x sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera, a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, DC Dimming, DCI-P3 colour space, and 650 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset with HyperEngine 3.0 technology. The phone packs 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The Vivo T2x boots Android-based Origin OS custom skin out of the box. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, dual SIM, NFC, and a Type-C port. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a 6000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.

The Vivo T2x has dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
