Vivo V25 Pro 5G moniker spotted on IMEI database, launch seems imminent

The Vivo V23 series debuted in India earlier this year as successors to the Vivo V21 lineup. The handsets were well-received thanks to their unique designs and value for money hardware. Now, it looks like the brand is gearing up to debut the Vivo V25 Pro soon. To that extent, 91mobiles was able to spot the marketing name of the phone on the IMEI database, courtesy industry sources. This also reveals the model number V2158 and it will be 5G enabled, which is expected anyway.

Furthermore, sources have told us RAM and storage variants of the Vivo V25 Pro that will be available during launch. The handset will be made available in 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB models. That’s pretty much it about the Vivo V25 Pro at the moment. The IMEI certification also fails to reveal any information about the phone.

To recall the Vivo V23 Pro specifications, it sports a 6.56-inch FHD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 2376×1080 pixel resolution, and flat edges. Vivo V23 Pro packs a 4,300mAh battery with a 44W fast charging support over a USB Type-C port. Connectivity features include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port and NFC. The phone measures 73.27 x 159.46 x 7.36 mm and weighs 171 grams.
