At the launch event for the Vivo X Fold 3 series in China, the smartphone brand also introduced two new sets of earbuds – the TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi. They succeed the TWS 3 and 3 Pro models, unveiled in 2022. Vivo TWS 4 and TWS 4 Hi-Fi prices

The newly announced Vivo TWS 4 and Vivo TWS 4 Hi-Fi are priced at CNY 399 (approx Rs 4,599) and CNY 499 (around Rs 5,751), respectively. The TWS 4 comes in Dark Blue and White options, while the TWS 4 Hi-Fi is available in Ultimate Blue and White. These earbuds are open for pre-orders and will be up for sale from April 3rd in China.

Vivo TWS 4, TWS 4 Hi-Fi features

The Vivo TWS 4 and Vivo TWS 4 Hi-Fi boast a 12.2mm dynamic driver, offer 360-degree spatial audio for an immersive listening experience, and have a low latency of 44ms to ensure synchronised audio and video playback.

It is worth noting that the all-new TWS 4 features the Qualcomm S3 Gen 2 sound platform, while the Hi-Fi variant is equipped with the Qualcomm S3 Gen 3 sound platform.

Both models feature ANC, which is capable of reducing ambient noise by up to 55dB, 5000Hz ultra-wideband noise reduction, and intelligent dynamic noise reduction. They also include a dual transparency mode for enhanced awareness of surroundings.

The earbuds are said to have an audio range of 16Hz to 48kHz and support various codecs, including LDAC, aptX Lossless (exclusive to TWS 4 Hi-Fi), aptX adaptive, AAC, SBC, and LC3. They have Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.

The earbuds are equipped with a 54mAh battery, providing up to 11 hours of playback with ANC off or 6 hours with ANC on. Additionally, the charging case extends the battery life to up to 45 hours with ANC off or 26 hours with ANC on.

Currently, there is no information regarding the availability of the earbuds in India. However, it’s worth noting that the recently announced Vivo X Fold 3 is expected to be launched in India in the near future.

The phone comes with a 6.53-inch outer display and an 8.03-inch inner display, both offering a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
