Vivo has confirmed the Vivo V30 and V30 Pro are launching globally on February 28th. Both devices will also be released in India, according to some V30 series posters spotted in retail shops in the country. Vivo V30 Pro NBTC listing details

Vivo is getting all the certifications ready ahead of the February 28th launch it seems. The NBTC listing means it has the Thailand telecom body’s approval for radio frequencies like GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR. The phone’s V2319 model number matches its previous appearances on similar sites.

Vivo V30 series poster, camera, and colour details leaked

Besides the “coming soon” tag, the posters (shared by MySmartPrice) also reveal the phones’ ZEISS camera and AURA Light OIS Portrait feature. The leak’s source also reveals the phones could feature 6 distinct ZEISS Style Portrait modes for both day and nighttime shots, namely: ZEISS Cine-flare Portrait, Cinematic, Biotar, Planar, Distagon, and Sonnar.

The V30 phones could also sport ZEISS Cinematic Video Bokeh and ZEISS Natural Color mode in videos. This would be the first time the flagship Vivo X series features are trickling down to the midrange Vivo V series.

We see a blueish-white colour model supposedly called Pearl White. There could be other colours too like Night Sky Black and Green Sea. Well, you may have seen the latter two in the V30 Pro renders we exclusively shared the other day. The company has also teased the white-coloured variant through its Thailand site’s landing page.

Vivo V30 Pro design, specifications (expected)

Design: The Vivo V30 Pro could flaunt a 3D curved display, a patterned rear panel with a domino-shaped camera island split into two halves. The top portion consists of the lenses and the latter carries the AURA light and flashlight sensor. The colour options are already mentioned above. The device could also support IP54 dust and water resistance.
Display: On the front, there could be a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,800 nits of peak brightness.
Processor: The upcoming Vivo phone could be running on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC.
Memory: The device should be available with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Software: We expect to see Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14 out of the box.
Cameras: On the back, you could get a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide shooter, and a 50MP portrait telephoto snapper. The front camera could be a 50MP selfie clicker.
Battery: Powering all of this could be a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
