Vivo X100 Ultra camera specifications leaked
- The Vivo X100 Ultra will feature a 200MP periscope telephoto camera housing a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor co-developed by Vivo.
- This is said to be the largest sensor in a periscope telephoto camera, and even better than the Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor as it improves light sensitivity by 12 percent. This is possible through a technology developed by Vivo, according to a report by Chinese publication Financial Associated Press.
- The telephoto lens will also use fluorite-grade lens FCD100, which is said to be the industry’s strongest low-dispersion glass material. This was reportedly only used in professional cameras.
- The smartphone is also reportedly getting software algorithms to further stabilise shaking in addition to OIS. The Vivo X100 Ultra also gets Zeiss optics to improve the camera system.
- The Vivo X100 Ultra will also feature a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-900 primary camera and a 50MP Sony Kytia LYT-600 ultra-wide camera at the back. For selfies, the smartphone will house a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 front camera.
The X100 Ultra will be a premium flagship from Vivo running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 2K Samsung AMOLED display, and a 5,500mAh battery. The smartphone will come with support for 80W wired and 30W wireless charging.
